Pinot Meunier – Pinot Noir – Chardonnay in equal parts.

With gilded reflections emphasising its pale gold colour, this cuvée is synonymous with elegant eating.

The nose, rich and complex, shows a subtle alliance of vine peaches, quince jam and acidified cherries. It has power without agression. In the mouth, freshness and richness are emphasised by the smoothness of this champagne, which also has great length.

Its depth and fruit suggests it would be ideal with delicate appetizers or white meats.
