80% Pinot Meunier – 20% Pinot Noir.
This cuvée has a lovely golden tinge with coppery highlights and a delicate effervescence. It is a real invitation to the senses. The nose is pleasantly fresh, opening up to aromas of citrus, white nectarines and rose petals. In the mouth the attack is subtle and soft, with notes of mirabelle plums.
It is an ideal champagne to start a convivial evening with friends.
A semi-sweet alternative is available to serve with dessert.
