50% Pinot Noir – 40% Pinot Meunier – 10% Chardonnay.
Its pale golden colour linked to the richness of its fragrances shows at once the seductive character of this wine. The nose, structured and generous yields notes of yellow peaches and apricots, with hints of nuts.
All this power and elegance is shown in the mouth with a harmonious and delicate mix of fruity aromas, with a touch of lightly toasted spices.
The excellent structure and sophistication of this cuvée make it a champagne for the connoisseurs.
It would be ideal to drink with elegant savoury nibbles.
