Cuvée Rosé
60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier + 5% Red Wine made from Pinot Meunier
The charm of this coral-pink rosé almost asks for it to be discovered. The nose is gently fruity, revealing aromas of raspberry, wood strawberries and black cherries with a delicate touch of lemon. In the mouth the wine is remarkably expressive, fresh in its attack and lightly ‘vinous’ in its finish, giving it an aromatic bouquet which is welcoming yet intense.
This is a summer champagne ; it will partner perfectly a sophisticated dessert of red fruits.
